Our approach has always been “Customer first”. Around this philosophy, we designed models that would cater to this need.

Bugs resolution model

  • Bugs are identified by customer in the product and prioritized by them
  • Knowledge transfer of architecture of application and high level code walkthrough is arranged between client and NIT team members
  • Looking at existing code and documentation, an estimate is shared with customer regarding timelines, effort required in terms of hours required by our team and members required to resolve it
  • All bugs are reproduced by our in-house QA and development team and logged to JIRA or a ticketing agent of client
  • Upon agreement with customer, we fix the issue and do a proof of concept in Dev, UAT and Pre-Prod environment
  • Based on customer requirement, prepare patches of fixes of bugs and release it to Prod after sign off is achieved in previous step
  • Documentation is done of bug being fixed and shared with customer at the end of cycle
  • Important aspect is billing methodology which is only based on fixed estimate in terms of resources and timelines which is a transparent and fairly lower in terms of cost than other organization charge in the market as the entire effort is quantified and made transparent

Enhancement development model

  • Discuss the enhancement targeted to be produced and determine the complexity of the development effort
  • Interaction analysis of enhanced module along with existing modules and document the analysis
  • Prepare an estimate based on effort required in terms of timelines, resource level and present it to customer
  • Upon approval, work on the development effort and work with a Rapid Application Development model and produce a construct with proper functionality and test it on Dev, UAT and Pre-Prod environment
  • Share the test cases covered in Unit Testing and other levels of testing done by team and document it
  • Upon approval received by customer, deploy the enhancement on Production environment
  • Perform post go-live testing and provide a sign off to client
  • Prepare technical document of enhancement and cut over the operation of product to customer
