Two Models

We are offering two models of engagement to our clients. These models involve billing to our clients on per hours basis of engineer time, but there are important difference in roles & responsibilities.

Team Leaders & Managers are two level of engagements where clients interacts with our team at the level of tasks & critical issues. Our team has senior tech leads or project managers who manage:

• Project Assigned to Individual Team Members
• Tracking Task & list wise status.
• Managing man- power & availability of HR statutory compliance.
• Technical Challenges in the task.

In this model of engagement, for the completion of task the customer is responsible as per pre-decided & agreed priorities. We also have agreed with SLA, TAT for better work quality & timelines for on time task delivery. We always have a better task force of engineers so in case

Of an engineers leave than always a replacement is available. This model & process will work better with our clients who have processes in place for software task management and delivery. Staff augmentation teams involve more intimate management of our team by the client’s managers. In this model, the clients keeps track of task lists, assigning of particular task to specific engineers, tracking of individual task and keeping updated list of progress of the projects.

In the other model of engagements, the clients sometime explicitly states that they do not require any management or team lead resources from our side. At time only executives at various level, so we provide only engineers recruitments.
